The VIB Festival in collaboration with XP_MTL will take place from May 22nd to May 25th downtown Montreal, at Square Dorchester. During these days, you will be able to take part in several free physical activity workshops where the fun comes first. You will also be able to attend various workshops and conferences on nutrition and healthy eating. Not to mention vendors, shops and healthy foodtrucks present on site.
